Roasted lamb

Roasted lamb with kashar cheese.


500 gr lamb (also beef)
2 tomatoes or ready-cut tomatoes
4 green peppers
1 glass of grated grated cheese
Black pepper, thyme, salt
2 tablespoons oil.


Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the skillet. Small hot chopped meat is added to the skillet. Mix all in the skillet. Leave the meat juice and cook for about 10 minutes until it is consumed again. Peppers are mixed once or twice, then chopped tomatoes and black pepper thyme and salt are thrown away and mixed again. The tomatoes are cooked by mixing them occasionally until they are ready. Then there is a cover suitable for sheet metal. (also skillet) Grated shredder spreads to cover the meat inside the sheet and the lid is closed and cooked for a few minutes.
